WATER HEATER WITH A SEALED CHAMBER
The new range of sealed chamber and forced draft water heaters of the FTGNF LX series are built in accordance with the new Low NOx 812-814 / 2013 regulation on low NOx emissions.
The appliances are equipped with an electric gas valve and electronic flame ionization ignition, and do not require a flue as the entire path of the combustion gases and fumes is completely isolated from the environment in which it is located. This process prevents any gas residues (especially in the case of liquefied gases) from giving rise to potentially dangerous situations.
The control of the various functions is managed by an electronic control unit .
A differential pressure switch ensures immediate shutdown of the gas and shutdown in the event of a malfunction of the smoke extraction fan or any other discharge anomaly. The ignition can be programmed by means of a weekly programmer that can be connected to a control panel.
The appliances are equipped with a double safety thermostat in case of overheating, and an adequately sized and inspectable magnesium anode. The control of the efficiency of the anode is ensured by the presence of an Anoden Tester which allows a verification in real time. The presence of the front inspection flange ensures easy cleaning of the interior and quick replacement of the magnesium anode.
The rigid polyurethane insulation ensures low dispersions and economy of operation. The available capacities range from 160 to 800 liters while the powers from 13 to 23 kW .
The fumes are discharged through the use of kits, specially prepared and tested for the appliance, available in horizontal or vertical coaxial version or with single split pipes. There are also different types of bends and extensions that allow the kits to be adapted to any installation need.
